| You won't find Spectral or Shadowy parchments in PoN, or any of the other first tier planes. They drop in higher level planes, like the Plane of Valor or Storms. Edit: Actually I'm wrong on that. | My experience is that the pieces compliment each other in one way or another. Compared to the chest piece, these are not really as big a jump from Velious armors. Maybe once we see the entire set, we'll have a clearer picture of the overall stat boost over others though. /shrug | ||||
