| It drops pretty commonly if you consider commonly about once a day from A Koka'Vor Krovian. The big BUT here is the obscenely long respawn on these mobs and that there are 3 items in thier loot table. After 16 hours we saw 1 Circlet of Victor, One Girdle, and one Cloak. | A very good offhand for any class except bard, reason is the epic is always offhand mostly, and with other weapons with better dam delay(although not the hp of this) for bards primary, it should go to ranger/rogue/war until VI releases instrument mod equipment that is worth equiping and not a downgr | ||||

| Hail Khoaishung, I spent most of 45-50 in Lower Guk. At 45 you can probably solo the ass/sup room (depending on gear), might be hard to break spawn, but once u do its easy. You can then safely pull from the area around the room (dont pull the wizzies, they can be tuff if you have any adds). | ||||

| At level 60+ it doesnt really matter, but iksar are the best at lower levels. You pay for it though with a 20% exp penalty. Gnomes, DEs, and erudites are very similar | ||||

| FM is a great place to hunt for lvls 26 and above. The Giant fort is good for both loot and exp. I have been able to level every 4 hours or playtime or so, if I'm in a full group inside the fort. | The leggings seem to drop a lot in bastion of thunder, relatively often. 2 leather tunics have dropped, I can't remember where the first dropped, perhaps off the dragon in HoHa, the one I received (because no one else wanted it), came from within Tower of Sol Ro, off of Xuzl. | ||||
