| Drops off the Wizened Herb Collector. Supposedly a semi-common drop, but I have seen far more dark scale sleeves (his "rare") than I have spades. | ||||

| Just a thought here, but what the heck good is 19 rng on a bow of this calibur. I dont thing that even with a 150rng arrow (which the new luclin arrows arent) your not out of the AOE on most mobs. Wheres the drawback, well 19 rng is as BIG a drawback as they come. | ||||

| While the AGI/SV/STR are nice, the AC is very lacking. I think it would be a nice piece for someone that has a very good or close if not caped AC, but as for those that are doing all they can to get the good AC + all the other stats, this item, needs a little work. Remnoq | ||||

| For what its worth a lvl 41 war in my group last night one these on a roll, when he put then on he only got a 17 ac raise, so it doesnt seem like that big of a deal, so long as you are close to the lvl they recomend. | ||||

| Actually, from what I understood, *any* player that is near a mob being attacked by a pet or pets will get the aggro. I personally have not seen a mob attack a pet when there is a player's character in melee range of that mob. | ||||

| Akelan, 500 is far from max with the arrow type you listed... at 55 (3rd time using trueshot) i did a 515 crit using the bow of the underfoot (33/60) and a 1dmg arrow. If you were to use a 40dmg bow and a 15(possible)dmg arrow using trueshot and getting a double dmg bonus for stationary mobs you're | ||||

| hehe what most of you guys forget, you get about 3 or 4 chances for the weap to proc,then you die, because the mob is beating on you.well to get a proc in every 4 hits,hehe you gotta have a dex of ... well? i'd say 400 or so.P so see the proc more as a fun add, and just look at the stats(no saves,o | ||||

| The Stats are nice If you don't have an Epic. The Effect which lowers your agro by 200 is of no use to a Wizard. Ice comet, 1020 - 200 = 820 Sunstrike 1615 - 200 = 1415 Hsgara's Wrath 2000 - 200 = 1800 820 is STILL alot of agro. Consider that it's a Proc and not "clickery" any w | ||||

| Actually for a Paladin there are only 3 better Pally-usable range slot Wisdom items. One is Primal (!) one is from a God (!) and the other is from Ring of Fire (!) Not exactly easy to get any of those... I would prolly not roll if a Ranger was in the group but I would expect him to track non-stop | ||||

| I would say that High Elves and Dwarves have the best and worst starting areas combined. Gfay is the elven newbie zone, and quite a few dwarves come over there too. The problem is that it is overcrowded and there is a lot of KS'ing in the newbie area near Kelethin and even more orc centurion train | ||||
