| I have spent countless days on the "plateau" where the Chancellor spawns and have killed him probably in the neighbourhood of around 40-50 times. In all those times I have only seen the medallion once and am wearing it. I hardly think its competition to the QBOH...this is a rare item | ||||

| Don't get too upset. I'm quite sure that 36th level is quite wrong. And even if it is attainable in your lower 40's which is lower than what you can get the QBoH at keep in mind a couple things. | I was lvl 30 when I went to dalnirs to get some crescent armor. I was with my lvl 56 mage and lvl 48 enchanter friends. The crescent gi dropped about twice as much as anything else. Pants dropped a little less then gi. We spent three days there and I got the Gi, pants, sleeves, headband, and boots. | ||||

| I was hunting last weekend in Scarlet Desert with some guildmates - 52 Wizard, 56 Monk, & 44 Pally and got one of these along with some other fairly nice drops. We have tried to go back and get more, but it is indeed a rare drop. The +20 FR is not too shabby. Plus the AC & STR are better | ||||

| Tazain, you're just at the level where a Ranger starts to HAVE to learn aggro management or die. | aye, he spawns in the library but may leave quickly. our tracker was able to track him shortly after we entered Kaesora and he said he had to be in the library. but by the time we got there he said he was far away from us now. so im guessing he wanders about a lot. we never got him even after bout 4 | ||||

| Yep a Tro Jeg Firekeeper drops this up on the stone plateau. I've been there tracking for several days and have not seen another one on track. So I would say he's rather rare. | To clear up some misconceptions.....You need to be KINDLY with Capt. Njaal and hand him the 3 flawed emeralds but do not stack them....u get four slots in the trade box. An emerald goes in each one and then the Corroded Vambraces. Hit trade and tada!!!! You get a nice piece of armor. | ||||
