| I find it hard to look at 20AC and see this as mana gear. Idealy these are the perfect hybrid drop, but the most significant stat is the AC. | I have to agree, Even if the Haste is only 11-18% I feal that is better than no haste, or paying 6k for a FBSS. Plus this not to hard for a level 30+ group to go get if they have the time, Plus the island isnt tiny, so you can force the campers to share the island. Just my 2cp.. | ||||

| Had one of these in my rangers offhand from level 20 to 45. Once I dinged 45 in DL, I noticed all my buffs kept leaving rather quickly, and no more " your will is insufficient to command this weapon". Level 45 peeps, is when it procs. I almost cried when I got rid of it. I miss that + 20 d | ||||

| a level 30 group would not have a problem with getting this if they were well balanced. You become KOS to the elementals after a couple hours camping them. | This dropped off of a Grimling Foreman in the caves of Tenorous Mountains. He can spawn anywhere in the cave. I have killed him many times and gotten this item once. Seems to be very rarr. | I use this weapon on my rogue mainhand with RB offhand. It does about the same dmg for BSing as ragebringer but more dps in the mainhand overall. Its 14 22 now btw. Procs? with only 190 dex it still procs a ton. I often get as many as 3 to 5 procs per mob if im buffed right. The bad side is | ||||
