It's definitly better than plain robes.
Better AC, resists, HPs, Mana than mine which come from PoH.

I'm sorry Ziguld, i respect your opinion, but you are just plain wrong.
The beastlord class is a highly offensive class that makes a big impact in any group. They are NOT tanks, so get that through your dense skull and repeat it. Stop comparing them to tanks.

On the other hand, older servers have a lot more money floating around in them, new servers don't. Many more people would be able to shell out 9k on an old server than on FV or AB, so it may go for more on older servers. Just my 2cp. |

Yup, I'm a druid and found the Master brewer on track. All the names are green...they don't stand out much. The Master Brewer is capitallized which helps, but you just have to read carefully. |

I would have to say that for only 6ac, and OMG ..... *shrink*, 9k is just a bit too high for these.
I would rather spend 2-4k for shimmering terror hide boots (if bst can wear- havent checked)
if you want shrink, either get someone to shrink you, or buy shrink potions.

I had a similar problem. I have an Athlon 1.2GHz that I recently upgraded from 256MB to 768MB, with a 64MB GeForce2 card, running Win98SE. All drivers are current, as is the BIOS.
When I first launched EQ after increasing my memory, I got through the patcher, through login, through server select, |

Just a newsflash. I run with 512 megs of RAM (I have over 600 megs, but Verant suggests if you use Windows 98, to turn it DOWN (LOL!) to 512 (or risk crashing). I have a 32 meg Nvidia graphics card. An Athlon 700mhz computer. DirectX 8.1. A lightning-fast cable connection.

Slight correction: The damage on the weapon dropped by the Mature Fungoids (forget the name of it) is 6, not 5.
Also, I wanted to add that the Mature Fungoids almost always drop a piece of Spore Covered Armor, in addition to the H2H weapon. I've killed 5 and 4 have dropped pieces of armor.

I'd take a BABS over this any day of the week for my Ranger. I wouldnt turn one of these away if someone gave it to me, but I wouldnt pay 3K for it when I can get a BABS for 150pp on Erollisi. Plus with a BABS you get that massive save 3 to Poison =)
Just my opinion.

I remember when the SWA (Silvery War Axe: 22/6 for those of you who have never seen such a crappy wep) and a PGT or Bladed Thulian Claw were the ultimate weapons to dual weild. You were lucky if you had combine at level 15.

They are not heavy melee... did they get double attack added? do they the potential to put out considerable melee damage? I never compared a Beastlord to a Warrior(aka tank), but I will state it again, DOUBLE ATTACK. Aproximatly 75% of damage delt out through duelweild is from your primary hand. |
