| I don't know about the rest of you but I had over 200 wis at level 39 and I am still wearing the small tattered boots I tailored at level 2. This is a superior upgrade than GEBS or any other wis boots you can name for me, perm sow, more cha for charming, and 10 mana is better than the 9 mana I'd get | ||||
