| Ha! I agree with you, 100%. I think the BABS has gotten it's hideous reputation based solely on it's (admittedly) stupid looks. I used a BABS for 2HS training in lvl30. By the time I was out of Hell, my 2HS was over 100 and could actually be used in real life/death combat. You can easily hit for | ||||

| Shaman melee all the time, I know a few that tank better than same level (60) warriors. Druids/clerics dont melee, we dont have the stats for it where shaman usually have high str/sta from their race restrictions | ||||

| I think I might tend to disagree on this one. If more of your tanks had these gauntlets then maybe you'd be evacing less often. You obtained them in a fair manner, but in a group rolling on these, I can't possibly understand a druid ever "Needing" these more than a melee or enough to be deserving | ||||

| Um, I'm a 60 cleric. I have 133 str. 1hb caps at 175. Shaman 1hb caps at 200. Warrior 1hb caps at 250. I'd say that the only way that shaman is out tanking a warrior is if he's naked with his hands tied behind his back. This is a Very nice item! I should hope that it gets fixed in the next patch | ||||

| i would like to add the fact with the new patch that adds dmg bonuses to 2 handed weapons. the swarmcaller has a 3 dmg bonus. i have one and with 115 dex it procs between 4-6 times a fight. too bad i the effect of the proc wont work untill i get another 10 lvs 8( oh well this weapons rocks, that's | ||||
