This breastplate isn't worth it anymore. It's easier and cheaper to buy 3 black marbles and go on a Kael or Icewall raid and loot the tunic to quest for the Velious BP. But if you haven't upgraded to Velious, like everyone should have, this is the best alternative; though your chances of picking o |

Why?
Paris.
Sorry you Frenchies, but people do not like going to France.
I actually spoke to some Spanish friends and they said they'd go to any European city except if it's in France. (This was before it was announced.)

Paris? Eh! I don't want to go there... Vienna or Salzburg would have been a better place, or Munich, or even Verona with it's Arena and Castle. Much better places to hold it than Paris. That city seem too expensive anyways. About the only good thing there is the metro system.

Agreed, these are not as good as Loam, Carmine etc... However, they are still very nice arms. They fill a lot of the stats that are usually neglected on caster equipment (str, sta, agil).
True, there are better arms out there but these are still nice. I'd wear 'em. |

It's easy to say why they choosed Paris :
as you all know Paris is the most visited city in the world (you didn't know ? hehe), and mostly by Americans.

Weighted axe crit around 385? I think a NORMAL hit with this thing might come close to that. At level 45 with a 28/45 wep and str buffs, max normal hit for me is around 130. So right now at level 45, with a 70 point wep I should hit for 325 (130*70/28). By level 60...hm.
