| I feel the pain... there was a bug with the quest. If completed before 12/08/01 you did not recieve faction increase for Citizens of Shar Vahl. Without that faction you are only warmly to Registrar after completeing quest. You must be ally to get a replacement slate from the Registrar. The only solu | ||||

| Most headbands are without any graphic when worn (which I prefer) however ocassionally I have seen a headband with the goofy leather cap graphic on humans. Any seen this worn? Using Luclin or old Velious/Kunark graphics? I love the stats, might even replace my Kobold Jester Crown with this one. | ||||

| no, they aren't, its as simple as that, this is a ROGUE specific item, just becuase we cant wear another classes CLASS-SPECIFIC armor, does not mean rangers are getting screwed, take a look at some other SOL armor, almost all of the good stuff is useable by rangers.
