The public test realm, Roheryn, went live today at 2:00pm ET. Aside from its availability, this also means there are release notes available - and it includes content from Evendim.

Also, related to Roheryn, there are currently level-up quests available in all of the starter towns. Once completed, they will take you to level thirty.
