Customer Service Position

Description: The following position will serve as billing support within the Call Center for Dark Age of Camelot. Job duties include answering telephone calls and email in a timely, efficient, and polite manner and to be able to assist customers with any billing inquiries and changes they may have.
Requirements: The ideal applicant will have exemplary customer service and communication skills, with a preferred background in a billing center. Full Time hours for this position will be 2pm to 11pm, Tuesday through Saturday. The following position is located in Fairfax, VA.
