Contacting Customer Support

A plethora of players have been inquiring on the method to contact the in-game support team. Patience, the Community Manager for the Lord of the Rings Online, made a clarification on the official forums:

Many players have asked how they should report issues they're having in the game, including spam from gold sellers.

To contact our GM team while in the game, hit the ESC key, then click on Help, then New Ticket. If reporting a gold seller, choose the "Harassment" option.

Please DO NOT report in-game issues with other players using /bug. Our Quality Assurance department is where the bug reports go, and they can't help you.
