do they ever do anything for Europe or Asia only? no they don't!

They don't for other parts of the US either, so I'll be sitting this one out too.
unfair

I think it's unfair how Blizzard globally distributes a game and then hosts an event only in the US, only to proceed by poking the rest of the world's eyes out by handing out Murloc pets to the BlizzCon attendees.

I'm a pet collector, but due to this regional discrimination I can never fulfill my ingame dream of owning all possible pets :(

thanks a bunch Blizzard, I do hope you hand out gifts after this year's BlizzCon and double my misery :)

An "attendEE" (apart from being one of the ugliest words imaginable) is someone who is attended. Someone who attends a conference is an "attendER" in the same ugly language.

But please avoid Middle Management Commerce Speak. What's wrong with "various activities for VISITORS to take part in"? By sticking to simple but elegant English, you don't make silly mistakes like calling them "VISITEES".

Maybe you should look up your claims before making them?
According to dictionary.com, an attendee is "a person who is present at a specific time or place." (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/attendee)
While attendER is equally valid, attendee is, in fact technically correct.

My issue with this is...

soe vs blizz; soe vs blizz; soe vs blizz

WHO TO CHOOSE! They both have an event on the same weekend!!! I blame Blizzard for this travesty as Fan Faire has been planned for a LONG time.
