Wow, this sounds fantastic! Personal boards! I've been saying they should do that from the begining. I liked the old tribune, but the new one is way better. The layout is easier and the stories are more thought-provoking. I love the Promy story, great writing :). I'm sure this upcoming update will be good for the little guys like me, who would never buy or sell gil. My biggest gripe about this game so far has been the whole "cost of items factor" as of late. I'm totally stoked, and have renewed enthusiasm in this game now. TY SE!
....i wonder what the new thf trait is going to be?

I can somewhat see this as helpful because it would help kill that useless spam in lower jeuno and you could put up stuff for sell and look for that particiular item you havent been able to find in someones bazaar by chance like manaquinn bodys and heads

I dont think personal boards are a good idea.
Trying to make all thigs automated for your laziness turns the game into a bore. Seek members the old fasioned way INTERACT with people.

I'd love to see an interactive board. You set up a board with certain slots. Say for instance a BCNM 40

Name: Valendros's BCNM 40 - Steamed Sprouts
Position 1: >=40 Brd/Whm Req Orb: No
Position 2: >=40 Pld/War Nin/War War/??? Req Orb: No
Position 3: >=40 Drk/??? Req Orb: No
Position 4: >=40 Rng/??? Req Orb: Yes
Position 5: >=40 Whm/??? Rdm/??? Smn/Whm Blm/Whm Req Orb: Yes
Position 6: >=40 Whm/??? Rdm/??? Smn/Whm Blm/Whm Req Orb: Yes


Then you could search for boards based on critera, for instance: If I'm a 40 Brd/Whm and I hit search for BCNM, it would bring this one up, I hit "Join Valendros's BCNM - Steamed Sprouts." It sends a message to the leader, When I join the party of the leader, or the leader notes that it's full, the position 1 is filled up, and now when Brd/Whm searches, it won't bring it up.

Conversely, if I'm a Sam/War and I search, I won't see that one, but if anybody has Sam/War, ???/War, Sam/???, or ???/??? I would see that. I dunno, its strange that we don't have that. People don't typically use the Search Quest comment often, and with this, you could be in an Xp party, and still looking for members for a BCNM/HNM/LB/AF/Garrison/Conquest/Other Quest. Or if your party just got you killed twice, just hit "Search for Quest Party" and it brings up all the quest parties that are looking for members.

This would help participation in BCNMs/HNMs/Garrisons/ Etc. I'd love to do quests all day


I also think you should have a stat you can display or hide for your record on each BCNM. so when you request to join a certain BCNM, it displays the number of times you've done it, and your win/loss record, and time record. as well as an overall BCNM win/loss record.

I was impressed with the Promyvion article myself. It wasn't afraid to bend the 4th wall a little, and it ACTUALLY gave out STRATEGY.
