If the February version update for Final Fantasy XI wasn't already overflowing with new and adjusted content, Square Enix has announced upcoming plans to revise and add to Seekers of Adoulin Reive system. In addition to new Colonization and Lair Reives to be introduced in the new zone, Outer Ra’Kaznar, adjustments will be made to the Wildskeeper Reives. Players will be notified when the battle behavior of Naakuals has been changed, and new NPCs will be stationed outside of each to give reports on their current HP levels, so as to let players avoid entering battlefields too late to earn credit.

For Trust enthusiasts, February's version update will introduce four new faces to the already vast repertoire of Trust NPCs to aid you in battle. After fulfilling various requirements, fan favorites Prishe, Ulmia, Iron Eater, and Gadalar will be available to join you in combat!

[dev1176] Reive Additions and Adjustments

Reives will undergo the following adjustments.

• New colonization and lair reives will accompany the additional area being introduced in the next version update.

• Two exclamation points will display above the heads of Naakuals when players succeed in changing the beasts' battle mode during wildskeeper reives.
• A new NPC who will reside outside the entrances to wildskeeper reives will inform players of the corresponding Naakual's remaining HP.

Players will be able to obtain the alter egos of the following NPCs.
* Certain NPCs may not be available depending on the player's progress in various mission storylines. Proceeding further should enable the player to acquire them normally.

	Prishe	Melee Fighter	Complete one of the Trust initiation quests in either San d’Oria, Bastok, or Windurst.
			Complete the mission "The Chains Fall Free".
			Examine the Walnut Door in Tavnazian Safehold (K-7) after fulfilling the above prerequisites.
	Ulmia	Support	Complete one of the Trust initiation quests in either San d’Oria, Bastok, or Windurst.
			Complete the mission "Dawn".
			Examine the Dilapidated Gate in Misareaux Coast (I-11) after fulfilling the above prerequisites.
	Iron Eater	Melee Fighter	Acquire the alter egos of Naji, Ayame, and Volker.
			Be in possession of the Bastok Trust permit.
			Speak to Iron Eater in the Metalworks (J-8) after fulfilling the above prerequisites.
	Gadalar	Offensive Caster	Complete one of the Trust initiation quests in either San d’Oria, Bastok, or Windurst.
			Complete the quest "Embers of His Past".
			Speak to Fari-Wari in Aht Urhgan Whitegate (K-12) after fulfilling the above prerequisites.
