Language and UI improvements part of AoW's Western upgrades

Age of Wushu is a pretty great game, but it's having some issues with its localization. Among them, poor English, difficulty tracking dialogue, confusing crafting recipies, and clunky UI has caused a lot of player complaints. Snail Games has heard them, and has rolled out extensive changes.

These fixes have unfortunately dragged out the release of the game in the States to beyond February, but in return the game will be better polished and more playable in the Spring.
