ZAM is having a giveaway to celebrate the end of the world (or at least the end of Azeroth as we know it) and we’re giving away fifty chances to experience that post-dragonkissed world before anyone else.

How to Win
We have a thread in the General WoW forums for the contest entries. All you have to do is post a response in the thread that states what you’re the most excited about in the new World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion. For example:

Playing as a Worgen.
All the new changes to old Azeroth. I can’t wait to see what it looks like!
The new talent changes. My class is going to be OP. QQ moar newbs.

We’ll be collecting entries for the next seven days, and on Monday August 2nd, 2010, we’ll be announcing all fifty winners of the giveaway and we’ll then send you your beta key for Cataclysm! It really is that simple. Just submit the part of Cataclysm you’re most excited about, and you're golden!

Please Note: You must enter your contest submission at the designated forum thread. Any comments on this article will not be counted as submissions.

Additional Note: Both Tankspot and Wowhead will be having their own beta key giveaways in the next few weeks, so make sure you check out our entire network family for all of your chances to win!

++ If you're an AddOn author WoWInterface has almost an unlimited number of keys to give away.

Rules and Qualifications

In order to use the beta key, you must have a WoW account in good standing.
Posts in the contest thread that are not contest submissions will be deleted.
Users may enter more than one Cataclysm item that they’re excited about, but only one entry will be counted per user.
We reserve the right to remove entries if we feel like you're not properly participating in the contest.
The contest begins on July 26th, and all winners will be announced on August 2nd, 2010.
The fifty (50) key winners will be drawn from the pool of eligible posters at the end of the entry period.

I'm really looking forward to Archaeology. I've always been interested in the lore of WarCraft, (I've even read all of the books!). I believe Archaeology will add another dimension to the story, as well as the new abilities and goodies from the dig sites! The Path of the Titans sounds interesting, as well. I need to read more about that.

I also like the idea of "Reforging" gear. We've all picked up an item and thought, "this would be perfect for me if...".

And finally, I'm looking forward to Tauren Paladins. It's such an obvious fit that I'm really surprised that Taurens couldn't be Paladins before!

I am mostly excited about how ruinous the game will be. No not the world. I shiver even when I think about how they will destroy the places I spend my 95 days 6 hours. New found life, my bottom. My heart flutters everytime I think how will they make the game easier for slackers. I will just try to hold my excitement and die like a real lore enthusiast.

The thing I hungrily anticipate the most is being able to explore the various landscapes and environments. I really look forward to the ruins of Gilneas, this misty atmosphere brings in what I love from the outside world into the game. All the various details and how azeroth is evolving will really enable our old characters to evolve with the expantion in thier continuing character stories. \o/

I am most excited about the whole idea of remaking Azeroth, in my opinion the classic WoW was the best, and i haven't liked the expansions as much as the classics, so i am hoping that this one will turn it all around making WoW as good as i remember it back in the days.

I'm mostly excited about shadow priests getting a burst spell [Mind Spike] i can not wait for this. I also can't wait for [Leap of Faith] the reverse Death Grip. Its going to be so epic in arena or world PvP. Just thinking of my partner getting pulled off of the bridge in, lets say blade's edge arena and then pulling them back up makes my head spin!

What i am looking foward to in Cataclysm is the new starting zones for Worgen and Goblins, Aswell as the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor Changes and to be flying on,The new Dungeons,And Flying in Azeroth!!!!! Im So Exited for it!!!!!!!

I swear the biggest thing for me is the new zone of Uldum opening up. While your leveling between 38-43 you run in the instance of Uldaman. At the end of this instance at level 40 you obtain the disks of Norgannon and take these to a data reader thing at the Uldum gate in Tanaris. This was supposedly an area that had a library of the titans of sorts and it will be interesting lore-wise to see how this area will be flushed out.

Its pretty hard to choose one major thing i am most excited to see and play in cataclysm, but i guess if i had to pick one thing i would say getting a chance to see all of my characters(priest) new spells and talents and of course the new gear he will get to wear, all before most of the other people will be able to. Also getting a heads up on some of the new mounts will be awsome too.

The one thing that I am most excited for is playing as a Worgen. The new questing zone looks really amazing! I am even willing to switch from the horde to the alliance just for the worgens. Also who cant love the fact that you will be able to fly in Kalimdor and Azeroth.

I have two reasons to post hoping for a beta key:

1) i have no life, i need to melt on trying wows stuff!

2)I play enhancement shaman( the so called gimped and forgotten spec) since october 2005 and i have NEVER respecced. Please let me try the new enhancement talents etc so i find out if my dedication is worth it or its another expansion my spec shall fail :-).

The most exciting stuff being added, is the new mastery system,and ofcause, like every other expansion: THE NEW SPELLS!
for not to mention, the all new class combination feature.

the thing i'm looking most forward to,is the goblin - sexy green things with a huge nose, it won't get any better than that!

don't give me a key.. Throw it at me!

I look forward to see Cataclysm and i'm very excited,you can already see that.But the reason that i want to test it are the new graphics,new races:Goblins and Worgens,the wrecked Azeroth,new challenges,new adventures and all of it.Btw i play warrior since TBC (yes i know that i'm not a vanilla player though)and i would be happy if i see the new changes cus i'm impatient.Anyway i like lore stuffs so this will be a great chance to learn more even if i know it.Thank you ZAM for this great oportunity. :)

Things I'm Looking forward to in cataclysm: rolling a worgen druid and eating a goblin, drinking with my elementals as a dwarf shammy, toasting s'morks over the new lava effects, leveling up with all my guild mates at the same time. seeing garrosh punch a dragon... thats the short list

Theres alot of new and cool things upon the release and i think that one of the things i like the most is going to be the story line with the epic scene's leading up to every thing. for once im goin to be reading the quest i get to know wtf is goin on around me and finally some dialog thats not freakin pg rated they are moveing up in the world.

Greetings i have been playing warriors since release , 4 years of hardship from vanilla to tbc where warriors were extremely hard to play due to massive rage problems, Wotlk came and all the casters just facerolled all the melee , especially warriors . basicly get a shadowmourne or go home. In cataclysm warriors become viable in pvp with lots of fixes , i am a s4 brutal glad / s6 glad /s7 glad . 2765 rated atm ,So i really need to play warriors and see what i can do when the class becomes viable in 2500+ arenas or vs 2400+ players :P, thnx in advance if u choose me , if not gl to all the winners . Skully out :)

I'm looking forward to seeing how much more exploring I can do with my hunter. By level 45 he was exalted with all 5 alliance factions, working on more and by 55 explored all of Kalimdor and almost all of Eastern Kingdoms except the Isle of Quel'Danas. Too low a level. Can't wait to explore the new areas!
