CCP has announced that it will soon be opening the candidate applications page for the fourth Council of Stellar Management. If you're unfamiliar with the group, the CSM is a player-elected council that represents the views of the players to CCP. For example, the council convinced CCP to implement the skills queue, the new probing system and the new ship fitting tool, and has been instrumental in the upcoming sovereignty changes.

According to the dev blog, "roughly 60% of all issues brought up by the CSM have either been already added to the game or are on the horizon." If you'd like to be a part of this group, the opening for candidacy runs begins on Oct. 1 and runs through Oct. 15. You can throw your hat in the ring by filling out this submission form.

Voting for the fourth CSM opens on Nov. 12 and closes on Nov. 26. The results will be announced on Dec. 2 and the group will meet online for the first time on Dec. 5.
