I ran across a neat little feature for the new expansion at the Blizzard site today. While looking into the upcoming Brewfest event, I stumbled across their new interactive map of Northrend and man is it cool. Take a look at this worldmap .

So I took a look at this, even though I have most of the areas already mapped out, and they have a really nice little fly out menu for each one. I chose Wintergrasp for my initial foray into this new treat and was pleasantly surprised to get a pop up menu with several links and a really smooth transitional feature. Once I clicked on the link, it brought up a basic map of the PvP area, including the three different base camps available. Sadly, I didn't get any names associated to the places on the map but one cant't have everything.

If you have the time, you should really head over there and play around with this thing. It's a great way to give you a little heads up as to the topography and terrain of the expansion. I know I'll be spending some more time with it...
