Beware - Fake Wrath of the Lich King Beta E-mail

There is a very realistic looking e-mail being sent out saying you have been selected to beta test the Wrath of the Lich King Beta.  This is a fake.  Clicking on the link brings you to an official looking site that asks for your username and password.  Do not click on this link and do not fill out any information.  This is an attempt to steal your account information.  If you already clicked that link and filled out the form, go immediately to your account and change your password.

RE: Email addys - scammers

They can get your email many many ways; I would assume mainly from WOW/MMORPG forum sites, MSN/X-fire type apps that people don't realize show their emails unless you opt to hide it. Any 3rd party software that you need an email to register adds you to a higher risk pool.

The scammers could even be the forum site owners for all we know. Who even when you hide your email can access that info along with your IP, service provider, location, ect...
