no panx its not still POL-0011 error code and SE have no excuses they just b/s us and take our cash time for them to return it with a big big apology and some kind of promise that the muppets responsible in their company are fixing it for good not 24hrs like yesterday/today!!

I wonder how many dollars it is a day they gain by not allowing us access to play?

Lets see just my ls has at least 35 main charecters at 12 dollars a month and I know 20 have atleast 3 mules. so 480 dollars from just our ls for a month so 16 dollars a day just from our LS not to play. From when i been able to login I do sea all and usually get about 2360 people on fenrir so say 28,320 a month with out mules with each having 3 mules wich is most likely but I have 7 you get 35,400 a month so 1,180 dollars a day just from fenrir and i am sure its alot higher.

how many servers are there?
If there were 7 it would be 8,260 dollars a day or 247,800 dollars a month. this is all reacuring income for SE we all or most of us had to spend 100 dollars on a hard drive or 39.99 for software for the windows verson of the game.

Forgive me if I am wrong but thats a is a lot of money for not being able to play and I am very sure its alot higher since euro dollar is more than ours.

Is this all due to being able to track gil so that it can be sold? I know there bugs but what is that test server for on the list?

its not fixed on shiva yet no one i know personally can log into POL get error 0011. this is rediculous. they have made no attempt to accomidate the user end egreement. we are consumers of a non-sympathetic company. there should eb some kind of compensation towards the affected customers, a free vermy would be nice xD

I know this game is very complicated and very big. But to have this many updates is ridiculous in such a short time period is ridiculous. They are definitely handling the update situation in a horrible way. Someone suggested firing the entire team. It's really management that needs to get the ax.

They should be testing these fixes better and applying the updates on a real schedule and not just when they want to do it. I understand emergency updating but at the same time if you have updates on an almost daily basis then "emergency" loses its meaning.

For me, I don't know how bad this update issue is compared to before Sunday, April 24, 2005. I just got the damn game on Friday and finally got the whole thing installed and working on Sunday. I promise you I have already spent more hours getting the game to work than I have spent actually playing it including 14 hours of initial updates.

I think Square needs to put some money back into the players' pockets. It's just not right to do this to people. Before folks start commenting from "inside the box" as I have seen before please note that other industries give back money for down time and inconveniences. Square needs to start doing so as well before those class action lawsuits start flying. I am too busy to get that upset.

I hate this

Ok I love this game. I really hate the customer support. For a week and a half now I can't sign in between 8am and 3pm Eastern Standard time and seeing they don't open untill 1pm my time. I am normally working by then and cant call them I really wish they would do a better job updating there web site and that they would open an eastcoast branch so I can call someone. Oh well enough of my complaining now I am going to try and sign on to playonline.

What the hell is this crap SE. Game was fine lastr night until you "Fixed" it again. I pay you good money to play and then you ***** it up and even on my day off when i could play.Get your crap together, we all pay enogh your company.Fix it right in the first place.

Error again after updated. Why?? Maintain and maintain again. We paid the money not for see their poor maintain ability.

Fire and change the development team may fix all these problem

Why don't they fix the damn Error FFXI-3100. I am getting so dang mad. This is 3 days in a row I can't play this darn game.
