Pikko is home again today! Before Pikko leave she try and try to harvest plant butaru no such luck. Pikko not want to miss airship so she dry flower in hopes something come of it. Butaru AGAIN Moogle say he use special-wecial powers and nothing happen. So Pikko thinks Moogle dry flower only for decoration.
Yes Drying them out stops them from wilting.
But they don't grow anymore and just become decoration.
