I am a horde enchanter that has just reached 150. Where do I go after? It isnt in the UC. Where is it?

I don't know, but if you talk to the Artisan Enchanter you can no longer upgrade with, he will most likely tell you where to go.

You have to see the artisan enchanter in Stonetalon Mountains. It is not easy to find him, but near that open area in the NE section of the town, there is a path up through the mountain- very narrow path. At the top is the artisan enchanter who can train you to go up to 225.
