I left a few months ago and was wondering what the party situation was like now. Is it still 3 hours of LFG to get a two hour party if that? I know as a higher end BLM parties are rare but if I came back I would like to pick up my summoner again. Just kinda curious if things were fixed now.
I'd say nothings really changed.
Some days you can have people begging you to party.
Other days even if you have a highly wanted job you could be waiting for hours because no ones leveling at the moment or no one wants to risk leveling without a nin or pld.
If you want to level a job that was rare to be invited to parties before, its still going to be rare now.

That is so true.
I was leveling SMN. Like always, it was hard to get an invite, so I usualy start a party, but sometimes it is almost impossible to find a tank, or when you find a tank is hard to find a RDM or BRD or COR (for refresh).
Conclusion, even today when you are trying to get a party it is hard to find 6/6 in a few minutes.
