Please dont make his death politicol. He was a great guy,it was a pleasure to know him and was proud to have him in my ls. We knew link was heading out for his tour of duty, none of us expected this because he was stationed from Japan to Germany. We knew this happened from a few days ago, I'm glad to see he touched alot of people in this game.
His death took place in Germany. Reports say that he fell while intoxicated but the investiagion is not done yet. Regaurdless of how he died, who he died protecting, he was a great man and it was an honor to know him.
Reguardless of ur politicol beliefs, he believed in what he was doing and it was a part of his life. Be it you are pro or anti war, his life and death should be held in respect.

Linkavage and I became very good friends in game; we shared talks and some rl information with each other many times over the past couple of years...as well as enjoyed some fun times in Van a Diel.
I knew he was going away for a tour of duty and had not heard from him since.

And you know what I say to posts like that? Get yer damn self out from behind the comforts of shelter, home, loved ones, friends and family and be selfless enough, regardless of political, religous convictions and VOLUNTEER to give your life for your country and THEN make a post like that here.

I too talked with Linkavage in game about RL issues. We both are military and very proud to defend America.
I knew he was leaving for awhile but havent heard from him.
I'm proud to have called him a friend.

Mohit' you are typical of many of the selfless people in our Military who put themselves out there; and I am proud to call YOU friend.

I only got to see Linkavage every now and then, and I didn't know he was military too (there's so many of us out there, and I hardly meet anyone else), but I'll still say a prayer for a fellow soldier.

I knew Link. He was a good man. I'm sad to hear of his untimely passing. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. May they find peace in troubling time. :_(

Link was a good guy. I am very sad to hear this has happended. Like all of our brave selfless soldiers that risk thier lives to protect our freedom he is a hero in many ways. I know some of you may not have liked him in this game, but it is just that a DAMN game. I talked to Link alot about real life issues and he was a good guy!
I always knew of link, never really knew him too well myself. Still, I honor and respect the man's conviction. It takes someone special to willingly put themselves in harms way for someone they've never met. I think, for that, he really does deserve to be called a true hero.
