Miriel, the LS shell holder, hasnt played in about 2 months+. He had the listings for our attendance for a few months worth of runs. That information made it impossible for us to dispense gil payouts from Dynamis runs leaving us with several million gil and not way to fairly distribute it. As a leadership council, we decided the best use for that gil was to purchase stones to pop Byakko since the LS benefits as a whole, and people may profit more from drops off Byakko and Kirin more than the gil they would have received. Finally, we purchased stones from NON RMT sources.

If you knew the full story about Faerigreen you might have a slightly different tune. Fae was a very loyal member and at times demonstrated extreme generosity. However, it is tough to overlook the EXTREME lengths he took to be deceptive to people that considered him to be close friends. I will refrain from posting the final reason for Faerigreen's departure on a public forum.

I've partied with Faer a few times and always found him/her to be an incredibly kind, considerate, and fun player. I won't pretend to have any clue of the "deception" of which you speak, but if the issue is simply a matter of gender, why would it make one whit of difference if it was a guy or a girl, gay or straight or bi, transgender or transexual or whatever?

Hey guys don't take this the wrong way but....just play the damn game.

You can't control the actions of others, but you CAN control the actions of yourself. Putting down other players doesn't make you a better player. Putting down other linkshells doesn't make yours a better linkshell. If someone is doing something wrong, leave them to their own devices; eventually they will fail. Be the bigger person.

O.o I get it now. Yeah that's f'ed up, not to mention criminal.

I know for a fact SF isn't up there all the time, but that's neither here nor there. It is entirely possible to purchase stones I'm sure from non related RMT, I know I can get a haidate or heca harness abj from a merc LS out there, which I know isn't RMT.

Unless DVS standards changed since I left, they would not knowingly buy stones from RMT. They have high standards and morals and I can assure you they are one of two LSes on this server that doesn't cheat their way through the game. Maybe that's why they have a bad rep...because they refuse to lower themselves to the levels of the other HNM shells out there.

As far as Faeri is concerned, after hearing the full story(which did happen after I left)....I must say, I'm doing a complete 180, considering I have two daughters of my own. If it was my kids.....no place on earth would be safe...

On an added note, let's see how well this Special Task Force that SE is implementing works out....hopefully it'll solve this problem with Ulli.

Hmmmm ah remember back in the days when ah was new to the whole endgame thing. Got a party invite up to sky to Ulli camp for some xp. 5 Soulfire members, 1 DVS3 member. Lo and behold! Ulli popped (back in the pre-RMT days) and non of the big ls's were there, the ones from back in the day PhoenixDown, Wasp, VD, HoCD. We killed and ah won the lot on the stone fair and square against 5 of yer boys.

Silly me, on a whim, while waiting on dynamis ah put that shiny stone up for sale in my bazaar for 1 million gil. Went to the bathroom and came back to take it out of my bazaar and it'd sold to some Asian player. Heh, my face was a bit red. Didn't think it'd sell in less'n 5 minutes nor the real value of the stone. But it was mine cause ah'd beat SF on a legit lot, though it'd been meant for DVS3 to use. If ah'd known the real value and had meant to truely sell it ah'd've sold it to DVS or put it up for 10m.

Heh that was @#%^ed up. But um yeah there're non-RMT sources. But, who xp's there anymore with the gil-sellers @#%^ing sh*t up?

Personally ah'd like to know who we bought 'em from. But why can't one ls help another ls out and do something like sell some stones? Just because y'all ain't bright enough, stupid enough, kind enough or dense enough (depending on yer take on life) doesn't mean there aren't legit ls's out there that wouldn't do it. Maybe there's a fledgling ls that's not ready for Byakko and would rather see a bit of gil in their pockets for start up funds. ::shrug:: Who knows.

But continue yer flame wars as y'all ain't got lives enough not to flame.

Papa, most of those ******** and moaning are those that don't believe fairplay and honesty exist in this game, much less this server. Those exact same people are the ones that think it's okay to cheat your way through the game, are gear whores and have the 'me me me' mentality. They just can't fathom that anyone legit would sell the autumnstone because they themselves wouldn't do it, hence no one else will except RMT.
