Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... and even if we don't like it, it's nothing we can do. Maybe she's had a bad experience with Americans that's given her this negative outlook, and calling her names isn't going to help the situation... if anything it's making things worse. It looks as if she wasn't in the best of moods already and the linkshell didn't help by arguing about it... I don't think it's very nice of her to say "ALL Americans" because that's including many innocent and wonderful people into that stereotype... but that's none of my business. Anyways....

I feel sorry for any American that chooses to stay in Soulfire knowing your leader hates you because of the country you live in.
She's the head of the shell and as such should be held to a higher standard but clearly she took the low road for whatever reason and that is sad. How would you feel if she sad hated all whites or blacks or jews or japanese or insert group here sad to say it and she has no remorse if she was pissed and said it out of anger maybe an apology might help but sadly again the low road is taken and basically it just looks bad period. I would want to know if I am a part of a group lead by some one full of hate cause it wouldn't take a second to break pearl and move on.

Does no one else find in hilariously ironic that Kramer is calling out Meara and feeling sorry for the people in SF cause she is the leader, when he was proudly part of a LS lead by one of the most notorious a-holes in the game? Inregards to Omfg, I am not going to try to defend him on here, but as far as I know he has never made a racist comment like that in the time he has been playing. You may find him a jerk in this game, but Meara I see as one in it and outside it now and before I thought of her as a good leader.

You know I'm canadian as well Sean, but we don't really see what led up to her saying that, so until we do were only seeing the outlash, not the reason why, give her a break guys. Everyone has thier limit, for all we know someone was bashing canadian's that led up to that, I'm not condoning what she said in any way, I'm just saying before we condem her why not try to see the whole story.

I think it's sad that people are often so bitter and angry that they have to air dirty laundry and create drama on our server forum in public ..... dialogue that might not have' nor should it have, ever gone anywhere else but where it started - in linkshell chat.
I know nothing about any of the people involved. I have never met Meara in my life; I could honestly care less about her political, religous, convictions or otherwise. Maybe, just maybe if *someone* had taken the high road and left the conversation the first time Meara indicated she was upset and leaving; all of this could have been avoided.
Sadly, even in a virtual world where one comes to escape the often times harsh realities of life, *wars* start..... [that's too bad].....

I really don't care if it was in tells I for one am glad to know who is a hater period. I pity the ignorance and it saddens me someone I thought was a better type of person is not.
