hello, i am pretty new to the whole online gaming, and just started playing FFXI yesterday. I am a hume RDM lv. 5 just trying to figure things out. I could use some help with some things, just figuring out what the hell I'm doing for the most part. I did completed one mission (just pretty much gave a ring to someone and get a letter from them). But yeah, otherwise I'm just crusing around fighting simple monsters gaining levels. Come say hello, and if you'd like to help me out with anything that'd be awesome. Feel free to send me a /tell also. I'm usually on everyday and would be happy to answer any question you have. One advcie, dont ask any of us to power level. that really turn ppl off and you won't learn how to do your job properly especially since you're starting out. Other than that I'd be happy to help with anything else.
Yeah, RDM is a great job to start on. It's one of the few jobs that can easily solo stuff at any level. Makes making money pretty easy :D

hey, thanks for all the replies! i look forward to seeing you all on sometime. someone last night helped me out with quite a few things last night.
I'm on to do my first mission after spending my day yesterday leveling up and getting some magic and okay weapons.
i promise i won't ask to power ups (though i'm not sure what that is) :)
