This is off topic, but may effect the world. This is awesome and huge, and I hope that it's used for good and not to make a bomb. Hydro-power, in practical use. Take THAT Bush and your oil hungry buddies. My question is, why aren't we hearing more about this?

It is most likely a hoax. We can already turn water into hydrogen and oxygen using electrolisys but the problem is that it uses more power than it generates.

Yeah, it is weird how they say "H2O to HHO". Considering the way those 3 elements would form together they could only do it in the H2O format so I'm not sure how HHO is any different from H2O. But I've only taken high school chem so I don't know if there is anything more advanced to explain it.

Canada.

ROFLMAO

Random, Bush-Hating Canadian: "It's an alternative energy source, eh?"
Krogenar: "Yeah, it allows cars to run on the power of dreams!"

[Krog suddenly notices the enormous amount of moose **** that the Canadian is chiseling off his boots.]

Krogenar: "Wait a second... you're the Prime Minister!"

I think what they mean is they are seperating the hydrogen and oxygen, this can be done by passing an electric current through H2O. I believe this is the forumla:

2 H20 = 2 H2 + O2

Basically all you are doing is breaking water down to hydrogen gas (H2) and oxygen gas (O2).
