Im very new to the game and played up to level 8 on Alexander before I got fed up with it... I don't know why >_>
So yeah I wanna join Shiva (not that it will be much different, just with nicer people of course ;) ) and would like any advice on who to ask for a nice linkshell to join for parties and general... talking and maybe a little advice from time to time. I prefere to read online guides than bugging people in game so there won't be any pestering (I hope) :)
Also at the moment im trying to get on the server the long hard way, so a world pass would be appreciated ^_^ If i manage to get on before I get a reply, I'll post just so some kind soul dosn't waste his time getting one :D

from what i hear sohpus and FableUinty pretty much take any and all players under their wing. if not ill bet he can point you in the right direction at least. GL to ya and welcome to shiva.
If you ever have any questions or need help with anything just look me up (Hillary 62 whm)... I'm not on a lot but I love helping out as much as I can (just not for power leveling!) lol

LOL I have heard things about the poopiness of SquareEnix and POL. Are they really that bad? >_>

As much as I personally like to whine and b*tch and crap, not really. Most of the people who complain are the sad, pathetic people who think SE is out to get them personally.
"OMG! They are doing maintenance AGAIN! That's the second time in two months! I don't care if they are adding new content and quests and fixing some bug or glitch, they are preventing me from playing a game I PAY for! I demand my money back! Every now and again you get people with relevant complaints, more or less anyway. But, amazingly, the majority of us pull through and continue playing, evolving and adapting to the changes.

I don't mind SE but my biggest complaints about them (and I've been more vocal about it lately) is there seemly lack of testing ability.
Ie: Widescan needing to be fixed. The fact that you can learn blue mage stuff off TW's. Now hard would it have been to load up a char as blu/bst and see that widescan was broken. Or a simple programming change of if XP = 0, don't learn skill :P

there may be a big grass ring with a brown to green gradient, and in that case so long as your looking at the right fence the grass will always be greener o.o
The grass is greener on my side of the fence.. Just watch out for Doggie Mines. Grass may be greener but after walking through it I'm sure your shoes won't be.
