apparently "some" used to. but since the claim patch ive not heard of anyone botting anymore.
Actually, botting is not only 100% possible, it is still widely used. They are used for "big" things (like claiming HNM mobs), as well as "small" things (like fish bot). And yes, fish botting still exists.
Only way to get rid of it is to get rid of the vulnerabilities which allows programs like Windower to work. Somehow I doubt many are willing to give up their windower just to get rid of some pesky ol botters.

I know of one HNMLS that has admitting to botting kings recently, but don't really feel like adding the drama of naming them.

Umm no. It probably wasn't worth it in the end. She fished a bit for me, maybe 2 stacks of moat carp and I ended up mowing the lawn (this was last summer). Not only is mowing the lawn a pita but I also had to listen to her about how fishing was boring...and she only did it for 45 minutes.

Yes just about every HNM ls on any server still bots no matter what they say.

I only know of one LS that does for sure, the most known botting LS on the server, Xtreme.
But there are a couple others I suspect, though nothing can be proven about them, at least by me.

The most obvious 2 are Xtreme and Integration. I know that Nano isnt all to against it cuz they considering letting in people i know that bot **** hardcore for that reason alone. And theres more weather people want to admit/accept it or not.
