connection problemFollow

was hoping someone can help me on this.

i just installed FFXI in my new PC here in the office. prob is, i log on, play, then after like 10-15 min i get R>0, get disconnected and couldnt reconnect. weird thing is, i become suddenly "invisible " to the whole network. browser's dead, cant access my other PC and vice versa.

i was thinking maybe the port is closed but then again, i was able to log on and play a bit. when i restart my PC, everything goes back to normal, till i start FFXI again, then everything repeats.

also, during gameplay, i notice i get a lag spike every now and then. we're on wireless connection here in the office and other people's gaming experience here -WoW, ROSE, Guildwars- is just fine and they dont experience what i'm going through.
