Whats with all the loosersFollow

Right about now I am feeling pretty stupid. Some while I was placing a bid on an Astral Ring (1,000,000) I was on the wrong column and got a 20k ring insted.

The lucky recipient is Dullahan. I have spoke to him in game and first he laughed at me (I expected that much). A day later no refund of overpayment or offer of such so I ask again and his response is that if I create a party to kill Bugbear for him he will give it back.

I help people quite a bit for free, and would of gladly helped him for free, but in this case I wont even help him to get my money back. I would rather let him keep it.

Just thought the rest of the community would be interested in knowing a little more about him.

Ive over bidding on the wrong item before when I contacted the seller they were understanding and refunded me the difference. Be really nice to the seller and explain your situation maybe he will refund the difference.

He's not in Wasp, he was there for like a week (maybe less) until people realized what kind of person he was.

Dullahan; DRK/RDM. That fool isn't in Wasp. He wears odd gear for a DRK, but then again, he likes to keep RDM as his sub. Oh well, to each his own. He's not the best of players or ppl, odd personality. The type "you wanna punch in the face because it's Tuesday" personality.

the only contact i had with him was a while ago. I'll always remember him becuase he invited me to a party where he was a drk/rdm. Stacked Souleater and Last Resort 10 seconds into the 1st fight... pulled hate... took massive damage... started healing himself... tanked the rest of the fight. He lived with about 100 HP left. After it was over he said see /rdm sub saved me from death. Then went on to rest for full MP and killed what ever hope we had for a chain.

I wound up disbanding after a few fights. He examines me everytime I run by him now. lol

He should give it back, that's ******** that he doesn't.

very true, but he also doesn't have to be an ******* about it. he knows it was a mistake. he's just being a ******** about it... I hope it happens to him.

Dullahan is in XrenegadeX. If you wish to get your gil back the best bet for you may be to contact Ricochet. He is the leader of XrenegadeX and is pretty understanding, he may be able to pull some weight with Dullahan over this. In the least you may cause Dullahan to be kicked from his HNM LS over this if he does not return it, but I cannot say for sure.

I've had many run in's with that jackhole.

He wanted to start a party along time ago and badgered me when I didn't join. I /blisted him and moved on.

Cleaned off my /blist

My friend was quitting and was shouting that stuff was being sold cheap. Dullahan proceeded to bash him saying he wasn't quitting just trying to sell his stuff over shouts. Being ignorant telling my friend to stfu, calling him a n00b. etc etc. This time I told him off.

The third time I was invited to a promy party. lo-and-behold there he is. Already jabbering on and on and on. I thanked them all and disbanded. A few seconds later the leader sent me a tell and asked me to rejoin as they had just kicked him.

And now this. We are lucky on Shiva. We get all these guys.

It's ashame what people will do for money.

If it makes you feel better though, the guy has probably never had more than a million gil in his lifetime, and after these events, probably never will again.

I can only add that he has a some sort of inferiority complex, he hates people who are better equipped than he is more so if its his own job, Drk. Hope you get your gil back but I'm doubtful he'll do it because if everyone is right about his crappy gear he'll just spend it for himself.

I don't think he's that old, probably still a little kid. Kudos for knocking him up in Ballista.

It's a pity that he's not one-of-a-kind! Thanks for the heads up though. I'll definatly be avoiding him. Just try and keep the great people on the World in mind when you come across people like this. Hard to do, but well worth doing..

Hey, at least he has a sense of humor. He sends me tells asking if I want to buy another Safeguard ring for another Million. Oh well, got some heavy farming to do again to get back where I was.

I had a long chat with him about it and he seems like one of those untrusting, Machiavellian crap believers. If you're really that hard for cash that 1 mil is worth killing that NM for, I think he's serious about refunding you. He said he's been trying to get help with it for months. Personally, I think he's a prick and should rot in /blist hell for his selfishness, and rot without that Bugbear's loot.

what does bugabear drop?
#23 Oct 22 2005 at 10:20 PM Rating: Decent
It drops some pretty good boots. I appreciate all of the offers to assist with killing Bugbear that I have recieved over the last couple of days, but I hold to my initial position. I will not help him get this gear for my money or any amount of money. If he had handled this like any of us would and said "Sure, I will send you the difference, by the way, I need help killing bugbear" then that NM would be dead already.

Dullahan...

Funny guy. Sold his Haubergeon to buy the full Darksteel set because a Hauby is, (and I quote) "An expensive, useless piece of ****."

Already mentioned that he subs RDM in parties and pretty much anywhere he goes, when asked why he said it was to help the tank keep hate better and so he doesn't die. Also a firm believer in the fact that DRK's should have gear with VIT on because they have it on some part of their AF.

Which leads me to a little story so bear with me. Myself and a friend were helping out with the Guardian Statue for RDM AF in the ********* Dullahan was one of the lucky six to come along. Pretty much from the moment I accepted the invite into the party there he was talking about how we should do this, he knows better than any of us about what to do and how we need 18 people for this etc. etc.

So anyway, long story short we set out with just the six of us with Dullahan subbing RDM because, "It's gonna keep him alive" we get there pop the thing and start beating on it. Fast forward to the end of the battle and he's kissing the sweet, sweet dirt while the rest of us are alive and well. It ended with him calling us all idiots and telling us we don't know how to do jack and sending tells to our leader (after he'd been kicked from the party) describing how he's gonna find him, kill him and make his life in the game hell on top of that by repeated MPK. We all left the place after having a good laugh at his stupidity while he lay dead behind Gate #1.

About 30 mins later we're informed he got a WHM to come out and RB3 him for 100k, only for him to take a knee and logout when he was supposed to give the guy his gil.

I thought the whole thing was hilarious, so I thought I'd share. :P

EDIT: Holy crap, I never intended for this to be that long. lol

Yeah, he's pretty dumb in my opinion..

Partied with him in Bibiki Bay, man, it sucked... Well, the party did fine, just not him. Subbing his RDM, ect, ugh... Shoot me..

I went along because at 70+, summoner EXP is frikkin' hard to get...

#26REDACTED, Posted: Oct 25 2005 at 9:48 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) This Dullahan guy I can see in my point of view is a jackhole like many others, but all you other ********* trying to get a high off posting **** on the forum about your mistakes is ridiculous, and childish. In Fact, your just as much of a looser as he is.
