The whole Agent of Asgard thing is in his solo book. The All-Mothers (Apparently Odin has three wives or something) have taken over Asgard since Odin banished himself, and they're using Loki as a kind of secret agent who is in charge of dealing with Asgardian affairs on Midgar/Earth. New Future Old Loki isn't so much evil as he's single purposed. Not a bad read, but not a buy and take home kind of thing.

At least the Tenth Realm stuff at least sounds plausible ... well, plausible in the context of the comics.

There was apparently a showing of the first twenty or so minutes of GotG. I haven't, and won't, go see it but the reaction I've read seems to be all positive. Only concern I really have is that the following week is the Michael Bay Turtle's movie, and Bay movies make money regardless of quality. Wait, no regardless of quality, I mean completely lacking quality. Future movies are based on past ticket sales and such, and I certainly want more of the b-list and below heroes to get some screen time.

Also, I'm gonna have to finally invest in Netflix.

Ant-Man, July 17 2015. / Ant-Man costume art. Movie had a bit of a heart attack when the original director, Edgar Wright, was let go from the film. Looks like it is back on track.

Marvel confirmed movie dates, no titles yet.

Also some Batcowl. ***** console wars.

Guardians a little over a week. My hype is still overflowed. Have a final clip:

Original Sin: Spider-Man's spider bit another person, who is better than Peter at Spidering. Angels in Heven are money-grubbing blood thirsty maniacs who Thor can decimate like it was nothing, and Kid Loki can manipulate. Cliffhanger Angela vs Thor. Cage's dad is an original Mighty Avengers, even though Cage had nothing to do with the moniker in the first place, what a twist! I think the rest has been brought up already.

Other things: Contrary to reports from The View, of all places, Thor is not becoming a woman. Thor is losing Mjolnir. Also, lolgaxe can spell Mjolnir. Captain America is without Super Soldier Serum, and the mantle is being passed to Sam Wilson, aka The Falcon. Captain Falcon.

Yes, certain places on the interwebs are abuzz with cries of angst over these changes. These places also seem to forget these changes are always temporary. Ah well. I like Sam, and I'm betting Thorette is the giant Amazoness great grand-daughter that was introduced recently. Or Jane Foster. That'd be kitchy.

When the first trailer of Guardians was posted here I didn't like it but somehow that has completely changed and now I can't wait. Sadly there are no cinemas in my city who screen movies in the original language and I don't want to watch the dubbed (read: butchered) version. :/ It's amazing how much worse some movies get as soon as you do a half-assed job with the synchronization.

I can't wait simply because there haven't been any movies that have come close to luring me to the big screen in quite some time.

I've already made a date with my son to go see this one.

DC released costume promotional images of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman for the Batman v Superman movie. I don't think my computer has enough red pixels to highlight everything that rustles my jimmies.

I like the outfit, but I'm still not sold on Gal Gadot playing the role.

Not a fan of the Batman suit so far. Needs more armoring, in my humble opinion.

I don't like the Batman costume at all. It looks like a big step backwards from what we've had in the recent movies, back into the super-cheesy past.

I have very low expectations for this movie.

The Wild West Batman actually looks pretty badass. I wouldn't be surprised if that design was actually used in an old west alternate timeline series or something.

The Nomura Batman could be cool if they ever made a super-stylized anime. Actually, that sounds like a pretty interesting idea. The art style would be so out of the box though that it probably wouldn't appeal to many traditional Batman fans.

The Batman costume looks like it is from the Dark Knight Returns storyline, and there's a few screen captures from SDCC that appear to be the heavily armored suit involved in the Batman/Superman fight is going to be involved.

I'm just annoyed that DC and Warner is afraid of colors and is making Wonder Woman's outfit drab and lifeless because of the Nolan Batman movies. The costume itself is okay, but really should be bright red and blue. As it is, it looks like it was stolen from a background character in a mob scene from an episode of Xena.

It certainly doesn't help that all they cared about, clearly, was highlighting her skin in that photo. It's the only contrast in it - why else put the costume against a background that's the exact same tone as it?

Seriously. Why does everything have to be so dark and drab? I get it for Batman, but Man of Steel was like that too and it seemed really off.

Seriously, Gal Gadot sounds more like a Green Lantern name.

The only thing I've ever seen her in is the Fast and Furious movies, which she wasn't terrible in. Nothing to write home about either. I'm not sure how she's going to fill out that armor, she's more or less a stick figure with a pretty face. She'll also need to work on her accent, I don't think it would work for Wonder Woman.

Seems that the casting can't get beyond pretty and feminine for a female lead, no matter what the part.

I'd like to see a big beefy super-hero gal. Alien got it right casting Sigourney Weaver in the lead. Even the woman from the Terminator movies had some guts to her.

Gal Gadot looks like the woman you'd want to save not the woman you want to save you.

How about Gwendoline Christie, from Game of Thrones?

Before you dismiss her out of hand as "Lol, no, not Brienne the Beauty", just put a dark wig on her.

6'3" to cover the Amazon part, a former gymnast, so an athletic background, and she's not unattractive. Just my pick, if you disagree, that's fine.

It seems odd that they'd go for a rather petite Wonder Woman when you look at Superman and Batman. They're ******* huge, and she's this little dainty thing in a skirt.

This is a fake, but it looks more like the Wonder Woman I was expecting, colors and all.

Guess I'll have to wait for more promo material, but so far I'm not impressed.

Wait... that's a ******* Barbie Doll with dark hair and a wonder woman costume.... a bust about twice the size as her waist, half again the size of her hips.

I don't see how that's any different than this one. Other than it's go the red/blue costume so it looks more wonder woman-y.
