Reading that article about the cover makes me sad. It's another example of radical feminists burying a somewhat worthy cause under a mound of horseshit because they're imbeciles.
They're no better than the assholes who pull the racism card every time someone looks at a person of color the wrong way - or calls them black or colored instead of 'person of color', Nothing offensive is intended by it, so why do they even care? Why even? WHY?!
I mean, their opinions don't offend me. I may not agree with them (mainly because they're wild accusations), but I respect their right to think and say whatever they want - within the limits of the law. What does offend me is that their raging tantrums are having an effect on my daily life. The various industries are standing in line to bend a knee to their adolescent behavior, and that pisses me off.
Oh, and the hypocrisy. One moment they're raging against men for putting scantily clad female characters in video games, the next they're salivating all over a picture of a scantily clad male model in a magazine. And when you point it out, they revert to the childish tantrums and retorts like "Well, if you're allowed...", at which point I'm like "Lead by example, asshole!" Tends to cut the conversation short, which is better for my blood pressure.
Speaking of which, I need a drink after reading that article.
