Possible interest in a merged Tues/Sat Dynamis linkshellFollow

NoSephiroth, faced with a dwindling member based and two failed clears in a row, has decided to gauge interest in merging with another Tues/Sat linkshell.

We have a good management team and one of the fairest lotting systems used (copied many times over by other linkshells), and a core group of 20 dedicated people.

If another LS is interested we could hash out sausage making merging details at later time, but these are our few conditions:

- We keep 2 upgrader slots (currency in use by Catwho and Laverda, with Keio as third in line). If other shells are privately sponsored and have 2 upgrades, it'd be a 4-way split (but we'd be able to farm so much more!)
- We keep the 4PM Saturday run time (since many people have HNM events afterward)
- We keep our lotting system mostly intact. Members of the existing LS can easily be merged into ours, with waiting lists adjusted accordingly.
