Another DDoS attack?Follow
Hey guys. I was in a party in Kuftal and I get disconnected. (Not a surprise to me, cuz I disconnect all the time) And I try to reconnect... and I keep on getting POL-1160. The error that occurs when you can't connect to when it says "Connecting to Playonline... Checking Password" ect. Do you think this is another DDoS attack?
me, chicken xxiii can't get in either, but some AD members are still in, and our friend on another server is in, weird.
Yup, I'm out too. Good thing really, I have a chem exam tomorrow XD.
Most of the time, when I've noticed this going on, I've started sending messages through my Friend List via the official page...
They always say it happens at the same time the 'search' functions and AH are AFU.
Only SOME of the people get booted, and everyone else just can't get on.
Anyone ever question of the validity of the whole 'attacks' excuse?
I suppose it's a lot easier than saying...we aren't willing to spend the money to maintain our servers, and keep adequate protection on them.

More problems i suspect. I was having problems at ah, with the search function, and while mining.
I was searching ah for lv 20+ gear for my whm. I sort by level mind you. And the body gear wouldnt load anything under lv 40.
Tried searching for lv 62-64 players, /sea all 62-64. Was told there were none at all.
And last but not least while I was mining I came to a point. Mined it for a bit then Despite the mining point being right in front of me I could not mine it. Kept saying there was a command error. However my mining macro was fine. I tried trading axe. Double clicking, all of that tried but no go.
not to mention all the DCs ppl are getting.
