Got it 3 days ago. Have been shouting in Jeuno for help with Davoi NM's ever since. Most peolpe i've gotten in 1 pt are 2. Not including me. Is there something i should know about these NM's? Like, are people afraid of them or something? I've watched people put together ZM's starting from 1, and ending up with like 12, and Coffer hunts with 1, going to 10, and yet, i still sit there, shouting away, lonely, becuase i seem to be hated/invisible/no one cares. I'm so glad this is the last peice i need. I'd go crazy if i had to go through all this again.

So, now that i've gone though all this, i'm making a promise....if anyone ever shouts for help with PLD AF, and i'm a high enough lvl to help, i'm gonna help. It really sucks sitting there for 6 hours shouting, and not getting any help at all.

...Meh...

PLD AF3 isnt too bad, 12 people can manage it, as for getting help, my advice, get 4 friends from LS, offer to help someone else's AF3 run if they'll agree to go on yours. I believe its the same system most use for the WSNM, people will often end up fighting 3 or 4 to get their 1. AF3 can be a pain though if you are shouting by yourself.

No one in my LS helps me. The only person that does is a 71 pld. This sucks. I wish i could solo them >_<

Well in that case, grab that pld and shout, my LS is too small to do these without outside assistance, although if we have a few more people, most of us will go on an AF3 run. If you see me around on LFP, I can help.

Trouble getting help with AF NMs is nothing new. It's actually, from my own experience, frightfully common.

I myself spent a good 3 weeks sitting in Jeuno shouting for help with my THF AF2 (hat). I had already done the tower goblin, the nekkid grapnel stuff, and beaten all the gobbies at dice. I -only- had to kill Gambilox Wanderling to finish the quest. My linkshell (now defunct, interestingly) wouldn't help. Nobody even ONCE - and I mean that in 3 weeks of shouting I didn't get ONE reply - offered to assist me.

Then, feeling rather bitter and cynical, I undertook an experiment: I offered 50k to the first lv70+ who was willing to help. I had two tells within five seconds. Since they came in literally at the exact same moment, I wound up giving each of them 50k. But I got my hat. I was peeved beyond any semblance of rationality, but I got the bloody hat.

The point, I think, is that getting AF help is really really really hard - much harder than it needs to be, and very disappointingly so, considering that all the people ignoring your calls for help needed help themselves to get their own AFs. But it has been my experience that without the profit motive, your chances of getting an assist are between slim and none.

Keep trying, bro - I'll help if I possibly can.

You should starting up like AF3 run and invite people who interest to join , so you will have enough people.
Don't be afraid doing AF3 as team not just leech.
If you always ask for help I'm sure you will get nothing .

That's a good idea, I'm willing to go on an AF3 run for people, I'd like to get my war af3 finally in case i need to store it. Pick a time like on Monday or something.
