I also happen to be in the market for a 'non-ludicrously priced' emp. hairpin and/or wing boots, so i can't give too much of a break on the price, as i have my own crazy expensive items i 'need', but if you think a trade or combination of things might be in order, i'll entertain any ideas.

Are you asking to get a "cheap" Emperor Hairpin for a normal priced Rabbit Charm? Or are you looking to sell your Rabbit Charm for the normal price, and buy the hairpin for a cheaper than normal price using the gil from the Rabbit Charm sale?
