Girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently that LPN didn't have a clue. I'm typing this with her in my arm so I'll be brief, and will post pics when I can find my damn camera cord >.<

Aedyn Jane was born Monday afternoon at 5:51 pm.

She was 7lbs 15 oz and 20.5 inches long and has a TON of black hair.

Mom didn't have a C-section but did have an episiotomy done, so she is very sore now. We're home and doing well, pediatrician visit tomorrow.

Check back for pics, hopefully soon.

Congrats! My boyfriend's nephew (born 2/3/05) is named Ayden William. Both are interesting variations of the usual Aiden.

Congrats on your daughter...can't wait to see her.=)

Welcome to the beginning of the rest of your life ;)
She'll make you so happy, it's a little rough in the very beginning....but you really will miss this time later on. ; ; My son is six, and I miss that little newborn he was awful bad sometimes <.<

Best of luck to you honey, give your wife my best, and congratulations on your new daughter ;)

Congratulations, though. That is awesome!

No sleep for you, for a little while.

Just as Sioux stated above, you will miss the times when she was tiny. The times when she will just lay and sleep on your chest while laying on the couch.

One of the defining moments in my fatherhood was when the first time I realized my daughter, A'maya, recognized me by sight (Infants eyes don't really develop until around the second month). It's little things like this that makes you love her more everyday. Anyway, I can talk aout my daughter all day so I'll stop now before I write a novel.

Congratulations Wint, get ready for the ride of your life.

Big time congratulations Win! And I'm glad the LPN turned out wrong, so you still got that 'surprise' you were wanting *giggle*

Now get off the computer and go snuggle with that baby while she'll still let ya!

So what job is in the future for said child? Congrats and may I be cheesy and suggest the job of Thief, since I am certain she has stolen her mother and father's hearts by now...

No pics yet, stupid cord is MIA, I think I'll sneak over to Best Buy and get another.

It truly is amazing, while she was on mom's tummy getting cleaned off I was out of her line of sight and when I spoke she turned her head to find out where I was. So very cool.

Pediatrician visit went well, we had a very long night last night but we got some good advice, I'm looking forward to the sleep.
