Hit 63 this weekend and begin to browse in alla to see what equipment i can buy. After some research i see the jelly ring and a tell to myself this is what i want. But we can buy it, need to kill a NM in Bostaunieux Oubliettes.
Here i can get help for this one, need black mage and red mage for this over 62+ if possible. I play generally all night after 9-10 pm eastern time and all sunday. Send me a tell here or in game if you want to come.

Did this the other day ( PLD 69 )
2 high level BLM's sleep kiting it at the west ronf zone, its not easy, but a lot of fun. Kill mousses at its spawn point to increase chance of pop, NM name is Sewer Syrup, have BLM use elemental seal and Sleep II on it, PLD provoke it... run like the bajeezus to west ronf zone ( PLEASE AVOID TRAPDOORS ) i had to turn my gamma up to be able to see them. Note you will also need sneak while running to the zone, next tell the BST who is no doubt leveling near the zone to get the hell out. To reset hate at anytime have the BLMs zone out and back in, keep high level nuking and sleeping till the thing is fried... jelly ring is yours. :)

I also did this the other day because I keep getting tanking invites. PT setup: 70 pld, 75 nin, late 50's rdm, 64 war (me). We camped at the corner just in front of his spawn room. Killed placeholder slimes and the bats in close proximity. He popped fairly quickly, within 30 minutes. We just pulled him into the corner and engaged him there. I went heavy on the +att food since he's resistant to physical damage. When he got down to about 1/3 health our Blm just went crazy nuking it to death. It was a fun time and a relativly easy fight. I think if you have the right setup it's not tough at all, and if nobody has been camping it for awhile, you'll get the spawn within one or two placeholder cycles (about 12 min between their pops).
