It is now 8 A.M.

We've been camping Nue since 9 P.M. last night, no breaks.

lol it's 8 a.m. Sol's time , 7 a.m. mine. We did our best bro , but don't worry. After we've had a few hours sleep we'll be back at it! ^.^

Part of the reason Ara is upset is that the said high lvl in question who killed Nue and did get the drop, for lack of better words, showed his ***** He sent several tells, boasting and bragging to Ara - rubbing the fact that he got Nue in Ara's face. All this after Ara had already spent hours on end camping it with no drops.

The few times I've camped an NM , if someone got it before me , I've always cheered them on and congratulated them, and they've always been pleasant in return. But this player displayed no tact or manners. Obviously "good sportsmanship" wasn't in his vocabulary.

When I have been the one to claim an NM I always stop to wish the other players luck on the next spawn before I leave, not rub it in their face that I made the claim.

Don't be discouraged my friend , Bound by Honor is going to stick this out with you. You said it best earlier yourself, Ara.
The more bumps along the way to get your brown belt, the sweeter it will be when you get it. I'm going to take a 3 hour nap and be right back there with ya ready to pull another all nighter if need be. As one of my favorite teachers used to say years ago in highschool : "Sleep is for the wicked and the righteous don't need any."

First of all, I didn't want this to turn into a "boohoo, I got beat to the kill" post. That was never the case. Those that were there know what went down on that Glacier and know why I was irritated.

Regardless, we finally yanked that tooth out of that rabid feline. After 36+ hours of almost constant camping we got the drop.

Again, I can't express my thanks enough to the members of my LSs, both Bound By Honor and DarkCoven. Thank you for the support guys. Three of these guys, Solrain, Kitaru and Mullen, these three did something I would/could never have asked, even when I said they should leave and take care of what they needed to. They stayed there at the Ring of Nue, even when I had to go to work, even when I had to go to bed for work the next morning, they stayed to spawn and kill Nue, to pass on the drop if it happened while I was gone. Guys, I don't know if I can ever repay you for that.

And to the Junior Monkateer, don't worry as soon as you get to where you need me. I'll be there, bone chips shall fly in the Necropolis and Garlaige, I'll be there when you go to fight the monsters in the Northen waste lands for G2, and last but not least when you do this quest yourself...Van will be there.
