I'm level 72+2 Smithing atm and I would be happy to try and help you Kusemono. No charge...just get your hands on the raw materials and I'll do the rest. Don't sweat the crystals I got loads of em ^^ HQ is not guaranteed but if we do it on a New Moon the chances for one are higher.

thanks for the help ^^ i tried the smithing services from the bismarck before i even posted... only one person seemed decent enough to be able to make it, and i've yet been able to get ahold of him in game... /sigh
