That should get you to where you need to go.

Things to remember:
Yagudo aggro sight, so don't drop invisible until they are all looking away.
Using Scavenge does not drop sneak, but it does drop invisible.
An easily accessable Camoflauge macro is your friend.
You may have to scavenge up to five times to get the item, so bring plenty of oils and shinobi-tabi.

So basically just do this:
Sneak > Invisible > Run out into the pool > Make sure yags are looking away > Scavenge > Camoflague (ASAP) > Run off into a safe corner and replace Camoflauge with Tonko > Wait for timers to recycle > Repeat

Oh, and one more important thing that may/may not affect you. Since the last patch, if you use Scavenge while invisible, you may remain invisible looking on the screen. However, you ARE NOT invisible. This is a bug (a graphics problem). Scavenge DOES cancel invisible, even though it may still look like it is up. Beware.
