All right, so it's about 12pm, I get a party invite from a dear old friend of mine. Normally this isn't a problem, but I didn't go to bad that night before. So at that time I've been up for like 19-20 hours. I was only 9.3k tnl, so I told myself "ok level, wait for replacement, then go to bed".

So we party in Cape Terrigan, now it's about 3-3:30pm so now it's about 23-24 hours awake. I'm getting pretty tired, and I tell the party that, we all laugh, HEHEHE.

So this is the fun part! Alright so I play the ps2 version, my tv is at the foot of my bed, so I play in my bed. I'm a little tired, so I'm laying down while I play. Yep, I feel sleep. Mid mob.

It's 7:00 I wake up, look at my tv and holy crap, I was still playing the game! AND I AM ALIVE!!

My former party members kept me alive for 3 hours! I guess I almost died a ton =P

Ive done it before too, thank god I play a melle class, and the PT was being PLed in the dunes trying to kill a 200xp Pugil.

I fell asleep for abot 7 minutes, When I woke up, I hit combo and killed it. Thank god noone noticed, that would have been embarrasing.

can't say i ever do that but my brother does this on a regular basis. Thing is he's a ranger and will fall asleep in the middle of a pull. So whenever I party a lower job with him I make sure he has his cell phone next to his ear so i can call him wake him up. For everyone who has this happened to them: PUT THE CONTROLLER DOWN! GO TO BED! That's why there's a auto-translate phrase for it: {I'm getting sleepy}. Sleep is your friend :P

Sleet Guero and Tizzie are in my LS and they are awesome ppl to hang around with. Very skilled i might add too lol.

One night, instead of going to qufim at level 20, my party wanted to go kill beetles near Jeauno. We were there for about an hour, and thats when i dozed. Since we had 2 THF, and i was one of them, i didnt really do anything except attack since i wasnt the puller. So, i had been asleep for about an HOUR and i was still asleep in the party. I got a <Congratulations!> <call14> and I woke up, being level 21 ^.^

I thought this was awesome, my party was either really nice, or didnt notice that i was not doing anything....

I fell asleep in a JP party I had recently in Cape Terrigan. I must've dozed off right before a pull, and when I woke up, the mob was half dead. I said {I'm sorry.} Then one of the rngs that I was partying with, (he knew some english) said "sleepy?". then I said "kind ok". The party disbanded about 45 minutes later.

Now I know not to play at 3 am.

Got a story to relate to this one.

I was parting in Garbage Sh*tadel with my WHM at the time...and this was about 9 months ago. We got invite a DRK (name long forgotten) and we start getting really great experience when, all of the sudden, the DRK just stops. Assuming he fell asleep, a quick remedy that sometimes works is to <call1> like 5 times. Initially he woke up, and about 30 mins later, he again stopped.

This time it seemed for good. We allowed him to stay, as he was, in the pt for a good 30 minutes or so, then we eventually had to kick him cause it was getting late, and the xp wasn't very good with one less player.

Well, he remains standing for another 45 minutes...just standing, right in the middle of our pt. When suddenly, he twitches. Leader immediately sends /tells of apologies but it was in vain. The lifeless elvaan did not respond. About 5 minutes later, he started moving again, but this time...he just ran into the wall and wouldn't stop running. Long story short (Which i haven't been doing a good job of up to this point), about 10 minutes later he caught aggro and died a very quick death. We all figured that he was a PS2 user and probably had is controller still in hand and, after that last twitch, he must have leaned up against the directional button and not stirred enough to wake up ;;

Moral of the story: Drink caffeine folks... /random{death} really must suck.
