Like the subject states I want to know what I am doing wrong. In the windurst mission 4.1. I can't talk to the duke and I can't find the ambassador.
His name isn't ambassador or anything like that. Head to the windurst building in the zone. Talk to the taru's there, i think its someone behind a desk that lets you into the door where the ambassador for windurst is. Been a while, im not possitive on this, but i know hes in there somewhere.
i know his name is keimi jeimi or something like that. I found out what I had to do. I had to get my rank bar full.
