I heard about it many times, the world changer/server changer guy, anyways I was wondering if anyone knew its exact location in sandoira?

He is a temporary NPC that is only implemented when SE is adding new servers. You cannot move your character to an existing server. Your only option if you insist on playing on that server would be to create a new character there using a worldpass.

as i know the server/world changer is only appears once in awhile, the reason of this happens cuz of overlimit number of players inhabiting in one server, in order to stabilize the server, SE creates a new server and an NPC called world/server changer, then migrate who ever wants to move to other server that less laggy, or other reasons could be address for world migrating.

Hmmm... I must of gotten some wrong info from someone that a world changer is always there to send someone to a less full server... *shakes fist* stupid info. But if someone where to know something about what I just said...
