Looking for a set party to get to 30Follow

Hello! Ignore my Paladin information please. I am a level 22 thief right now, and I hate waiting for party during 20~30. Now I am just looking for a set party who will take me in (and possiblely my friend, Paladin).

I think I am a decent thief, I switch between Sword and Dagger, I eat food properly, and I pull with Markmanship! So please, if you are looking for a set party, or you are lacking a role in your party. Currently I have a level 20 DRG/ 10 WAR but I'm looking to get to 24-25 by the end of this weekend. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
