Raw fish handling..Follow

yes, i know i could have gotten more responces in the trade section, but id prefer to ask people that i know :)

Im curious on how hard it is to get this? Well...not hard, but how can i go about getting it? does it take alot of time and gil?
My cooking is at 60 now, and im planning on cooking til i go broke....which should get me into the high 90's....but i guess i need raw fish handling....heh :P

First Im not a cook, however. Its all in the Guild Points Im sure, this can be both expensive and cheap at the same time, it all depends on the item you need to turn in to the NPC at the guild. If I'm not mistaken its just like the Lumberjack key item, please correct me if Im wrong.

90 cook here so hopefully I can give you some insight heh. Raw fish handling is worth 30k GP. On average, you can get about 2-2.4K GP max per day. Of course some days you will skip because the recipe is just not worth it. So it will take you about 3 weeks to get Raw Fish if you turn in max GP per day. Hope that helps....

By the way, I find it easier turning in GP at a higher cooking level. (I didn't start turning in GP until 70+ in cooking). Reason being is at higher cooking levels you have a higher chance to HQ lower level GP items.

But the main reason why it was good for me to turn in GP late in my cooking career was because I could afford to. On same days it takes about 10K gil just to max out your GP. That may not be much for some people but others it may be.
